BIOGRAPHY
The Guns of Detroit were Randall Mckay bass/guitar/vocals and Jessica
Kempen drums/keys/sarcasm. After a few line-up changes, finally in early
'08 they ended up as just two people making ultra-cool sounds. Offering
up buzzsaw bass and drum pop dishes at your favourite retro-bar and
grill, from the likes of David Bowie to Death From Above 1979, The Guns
of Detroit delivered...even on Sundays. In early July of '08, They
ultimately went their seperate ways, but left behind some killer music
and will be remembered as one of College Station's best bands.

"The 10 songs are created by Frank Longano, who plays all the
instruments and sings all the songs (with the exception of one that relies on
the drifting and folk tinged beauty of Sara Laskey). The movements and the
structures ofthe songs sometimes feel very indie rock, Steve Malkmus touched
acoustic, though the lyricism is much more heartfelt and touching. The music (guitars,keyboards,
percussion), however, is much more soft and romantic, but sometimes driving
