Dr. Kevin Nace: Singer, Banjo, Mandolin, Fiddle Matthew Nace: Singer, Guitar Guest Appearance by: Tami Nace: Singer.  Sara, Kevin, and Matt belong to the New York musical project Cheese on Bread. Sara extends her moonlighting endeavors even further with the group Homesick Elephant.

Principle Nace Family songwriter Michael Nace began his musical career in last decade's reputable, mathy Drill for Absentee, and Nace's serpentine solo career has since taken him through Nick Drake-ish whispering and the Sea and Cake-influenced jazz-pop. The Pennsylvania native released his first two albums (Measured in Leagues of Joy - (Stiff Slack 2004) and The Voyage Out - (Minority 2002)) on labels in the Czech Republic and Japan. In 2005 Measured in Leagues of Joy was remastered and bolstered with an entire disc of new material entitled Your Meekness Gives Me Hope, "a light-on-its-feet, country-tinged affair that pairs vivid lyrics with sweet, anachronistic sing-alongs." Doug Wallen- Philadelphia Weekly

Present is the emergence of traditional American folk music, which seems to be on the horizon for Michael Nace and his family member’s future works and is captured in their most recent release, The Good Work of the Dead. Recorded by the Nace Family and mastered by Carl Saff, The Good Work of the Dead is eloquently constructed harboring a template of traditional roots country laced with psychedelia and Asian undertones.

The Good Work of the Dead, has just been released on hot white vinyl!!! We are now taking orders HERE If you don't have a turn table, not to worry, we can include a free CD copy if requested! Also remember the album will be available on iTunes and other fine media outlets.
